The prices listed are in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR).
In these conditions the following terms shall have the following meaning: “The Company” means thrishworks.com. The “Customer” means the customer of the company who used this website to online purchase items/goods. Any other mode of purchase is not considered as a sale of thrishworks.com such as physical shop purchases and ordering via social media accounts.
The payment process will be handled by secure servers of the internet payment gateway providers. We do not interfere or keep any payment credentials. Your transactions are secured with the IPG provider. Payment will be pre-authorized before dispatching the goods from thrishworks.com warehouses. No goods shall be supplied without payment.
Items ordered that are in stock shall be dispatched within two business days of the order being placed.
thrishworks.com keeps stocks in our warehouses and sometimes your order may be placed in a queue due to uncontrollable things such as covid-19 restrictions, social and political issues, and weather. We shall inform you if this is the case and when you can expect delivery.
Claims arising from damage, or partial loss of the goods in delivery must be made in writing to thrishworks.com within 1 day of delivery. thrishworks.com shall be afforded a reasonable opportunity to investigate any claim made hereunder, and the Customer shall if so requested in writing and verbally by thrishworks.com, promptly return any of the goods subject to any claim and any packing materials securely packaged to thrishworks.com examination.
At thrishworks.com, if the customer changes his/her mind once the order has been made, the customer should contact us within 2 hours via direct call & request in writing via email from his/her order placed email account for verification as well.
We will not be able to cancel the order if the items have been dispatched from our warehouses already. In such a scenario, the customer will have to pay the return delivery fee for the courier charge. Refund will take about 5 business days due to clearance reasons & shipping fees will be considered as handling fees and it will not be refunded. If the package has already been dispatched from the warehouses, the refund process only starts after we received it back to the warehouses without any damage. The package should be in original condition without opening.
